How CU Digital Intelligence handles personal information, in plain language.

Overview

CU Digital Intelligence respects your privacy. This statement explains what personal information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

This statement should be reviewed against the business’s actual legal entity, jurisdiction, hosting providers and data-handling practices before the site is launched publicly.

What we collect

  • Contact form: if you submit the contact form, we receive the name, business (optional), email address and message you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
  • Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operational purposes.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

  • Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
  • Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the contact form from spam. It may collect hardware and software information and set a cookie needed for this security check. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Vercel hosts this website and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.

What we don’t do

  • We do not sell personal information.
  • We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
  • We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site tracking pixels.

Analytics

This site uses privacy-conscious analytics that does not identify individuals and does not set cross-site advertising cookies.

Data retention and security

Enquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up. Access is limited to CU Digital Intelligence personnel who need it to respond to you.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access-controlled systems.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Use the contact details below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
